Returns and Refunds

In accordance with the provisions of article 52 and following of the D. Lsg. 206 of 2005, in case of second thoughts on the purchase made, the return of the item and / or goods is allowed, without having to provide any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, unless the right of withdrawal is excluded from applicable legislation.

The consumer is required to return the item and / or goods without delay from the day on which he communicated the withdrawal.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with what is illustrated here, the buyer will have the right to obtain a refund of the price of the item and of any original costs incurred to receive the item. The refund will be held until the item is received. The costs for returning the product are borne by the seller for all products.

The items must be delivered with a bar mark indicating the bar code and any material that is part of the package.

Returns can be shipped only from the country where the order was placed.

Only items returned according to the instructions will be refunded. If the return does not meet the conditions listed below, the parcel will be returned to the sender.


Items must be returned with a barcode tag and in their original packaging. It is also to be specified that, in accordance with Article 67 of the Consumption Code, the substantial integrity of the asset to be returned is a prerequisite for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. It will not be returned items that have been damaged and / or deteriorated. They will also have to be included in the package to make all accessories as authentic certificates, dust bags and tags. If you receive a defective or damaged item or if the clothes has defects in production you must immediately report it to [email protected]. Damaged items due to wear or tear will not be considered defective.

Our bank will credit to credit card or PayPal the full amount of goods rendered (excluding shipping costs) within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the return.

In case of a gift, if the order has been paid by Credit Card or PayPal, the refund will be on the original transaction and then on the payee's account. For security reasons we are not allowed to reimburse to a different account.

Credit Card: Our bank will refund, indicatively, within 7 working days from our confirmation email. The time it takes to view the redemption may vary and depend on the Institute that issued the card.

Paypal: Refund will be made within 7 business days on Customer's Customer Account.

The bank will reimburse within 7 working days from the acceptance receipt of the return.

In case you are required to reimburse the amount paid will retain 5 € for compensation for shipping costs.

Life Smiles reserves the right to refuse refunds that are communicated or sent after the specified period or for products that are not in the same conditions as they were received.
