This site uses cookies and browser storage such as localStorage and sessionStorage. Necessary cookies support browsing, your cart, account access and remembering cookie choices. Optional tools are activated only after your consent.
Available purposes
- Necessary: shop operation, security and cookie choices.
- Preferences: optional features, separate from requesting chat.
- Statistics: Google Analytics and optional recognition across visits, only after consent and for up to 90 days.
- Marketing: campaign and conversion measurement and personalised advertising through configured services.
Zendesk/Zopim: loads automatically to track every visitor’s presence and navigation, including before a choice and after refusal. Its storage is always active and is not controlled by optional switches; the inventory lists it in the always-active category. The window opens only when you click Chat. The remembered request lasts 30 days, but its expiry does not stop tracking. You can clear storage in your browser’s site data; the service starts again on your next visit. Widget Google Analytics reporting is disabled.
External statistics and advertising tags follow their respective choices; Microsoft UET/Clarity requires both purposes. Opening chat does not change these choices.
Internal session dashboard storage
lsv_sid and lsv_last in sessionStorage retain a random session identifier and last update. They let the private dashboard link pages visited and cart state within the same visit, before a choice and after Reject. They are not controlled by the external-statistics selector. A new session starts after 30 minutes of inactivity or in a new tab; server state lasts up to two hours and history 90 days. The dashboard receives no name, account ID or IP; an individual journey is not an anonymous count. Persistent recognition across visits still requires statistics consent.
Choosing and withdrawing consent
The contact map is an external link: Google Maps opens only when clicked. On the blog, the Facebook plugin requires marketing consent; Google reCAPTCHA protection loads when you start using the comment form. Payment and fraud-prevention components may connect to Stripe and Scalapay on product, cart and checkout pages.
The banner offers Reject, Accept and individual settings. Optional purposes are initially off. Browsing further or scrolling does not mean acceptance. You can shop without agreeing to optional tools.
The Cookie settings button at the bottom of the pages always reopens preferences. Choices are remembered for one year unless cookies are deleted or material changes require a new choice. Withdrawal stops the relevant tools by reloading the page and removes storage accessible to this site. Cookies on third-party domains may remain in your browser; you can delete them in its settings.
Cookies and other identifiers
Names may have variable suffixes. The table lists purposes and durations; some entries are browser storage rather than cookies. Payment anti-fraud or anti-spam cookies may be used when you request the corresponding feature.
