As we anticipated, there are so many styles out there. Some garments have been totally reinvented to fulfill the function of a cover-up. Alternatively, however, you can draw from the shirts already in your closet, or buy new ones, to create glamorous and super fashionable beach looks.

The extra-large models, whose length reaches mid-thigh, can also be worn with just the swimsuit, either one-piece or two-piece. You only need to pair the shirt with a bag and a pair of sandals to create an outfit that is also adaptable for boardwalks, boat rides and aperitifs on the beach.

Alternatively, you can pair the oversized shirt with shorts and miniskirts. In this case you can also create a vintage and pin-up look by knotting the shirt at the front.

If you want a more sophisticated look that you can keep even after the beach, then opt for cropped shirts, perhaps enhanced with balloon sleeves or other details. Then pair them with cotton or denim shorts: you will be perfect, whether for walks on the shoreline or for a break at the restaurant.

As for colors, however, you'll be spoiled for choice. In case the shirt serves you exclusively as a cover-up, we recommend you to opt for white, especially during the hottest and sultry days.
