With the arrival of the new seasons, change is imminent in so many aspects of our lives, including the choice of the new clothing and accessories that will make up our new outfits.
Yes, with the arrival of the season, the wardrobe also needs attention and, more precisely, needs new colours.
Let’s discover together in this article which are the trending colours in autumn/winter 2019 fashion.

Autumn/Winter 2019: the trends
The arrival of the new season brings countless new developments to our lives and wardrobes. Floaty, sleeveless dresses make way for midi lengths, trench coats and long trousers, while the colour palette also changes to adapt to the new trends and the change of season.
The lovers of warm colours, typical of the autumn season, can rejoice: this year too, warm and enveloping shades take centre stage, but with a new addition; alongside them appear strong, vibrant tones such as shocking pink. Would you ever have guessed it?
Autumn/Winter 2019 fashion: the seven trending colours
Pen and paper at the ready, let’s discover the colours that will brighten your outfits this Autumn/Winter season.
As always, at the end of the article you will find my personal selection of fashionable garments in the colours of the new season.
- Brown. This year’s brown recalls the colour of whisky, with warm, enveloping tones just like the famous drink. The palette includes intense, natural colours that recall wood and its grain.
- Dark red. Red also takes on warm tones, becoming darker and emphasising colours such as velvet and satin. Perfect for choosing romantic details with a retro feel.
- Blue. Blue also returns as a leading colour of the new season, but something has changed. The blue proposed by fashion brands and maisons is lively, new and “social”; it recalls the colour of the famous social network.
- Pink. Whether it is shocking or veers towards fuchsia, once again pink confirms its absolute starring role in exuberant clothing and accessories dedicated to creative women who love to dare.
- Orange. The new season cannot fail to speak the language of Autumn; once again, orange proves to be the perfect colour for creating vitamin-packed looks.
- Green. Green returns, but becomes muted and takes on olive and military shades. Ideal for combinations with gold garments.
- Grey. Among the trending colours for Autumn/Winter 2019, we also find marble grey, for a dress code perfect for every occasion. Could grey almost replace black?
